Hepatitis C Antibodies
The Hepatitis C Antibody blood test is used to determine whether you have ever been exposed to the Hepatitis C virus. It detects antibodies produced by the immune system in response to the virus. A positive antibody result indicates previous exposure to Hepatitis C but does not confirm whether the infection is currently active.
