  • No test or procedure will be carried out without your agreement, except in emergencies where legally permitted.

  • You have the right to accessible, accurate information about your health, results, and available treatments.
  • You may request written summaries or explanations when needed.
1.5 Right to Confidentiality & Data Protection

2. Your Responsibilities as a Patient

2.1 Provide Accurate Information

2.2 Follow Medical Advice When Agreed
  • You should follow agreed testing instructions and pre-test requirements to ensure accurate results.
2.3 Treat Staff with Respect
  • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards staff or other patients.
2.4 Attend Scheduled Appointments
  • Please attend on time or provide notice if you need to cancel, following our Cancellation Policy.
2.5 Financial Responsibility
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment for services received unless a third-party arrangement is in place.
2.6 Keep Us Informed of Changes
  • Inform us promptly if your contact details, medical history, or circumstances change.
