Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Marylebone Diagnostic Centre for your healthcare needs. We are committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring fair and transparent booking practices for all patients.

To help us manage appointments efficiently, please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Deposit Requirement

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment and helps us allocate clinical resources appropriately.

2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time:

• The 20% deposit will be retained by the clinic
• The remaining 80% of the amount paid will be refunded

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

3. Same-Day Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment on the same day, or do not attend without prior notice:

• No refund will be issued
• The full amount paid will be retained

This policy is necessary as same-day cancellations prevent us from offering the appointment to another patient.

4. Communication of Cancellations

All cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible via email or phone during business hours. We recommend requesting confirmation to ensure your cancellation has been successfully processed.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at management discretion. Please contact us if you believe your situation requires special consideration.
