Mr Saqr leads the strategic and operational management of the clinic, overseeing daily operations while driving efficiency, structure, and service excellence across the organisation. As Chief Operations Officer, he ensures all departments work cohesively to deliver a seamless, professional, and patient-focused experience. Omar oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, clinicians, and laboratory partners. Clinical Operations Lead
Kate leads the coordination and day-to-day operational delivery of clinical services across MDC. She oversees patient pathways, supports service efficiency, and works closely with the clinical, laboratory, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Kate plays a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, communication, and operational excellence, helping to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with MDC’s commitment to outstanding patient care.
Senior Gynaecologist & Clinical Advisor
Dr Lauren is a senior gynaecologist and lecturer with over 20 years of experience in women’s health. She supports our clinical direction, research, and medical writing, ensuring that patient education and clinical quality remain at the core of our work.
Clinical Governance & Quality Lead
Dr Khulood leads clinical governance and quality assurance at MDC, ensuring all services are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest medical standards. She oversees clinical protocols, reviews procedures, supports complex case decisions, and provides medical oversight across the organisation. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, she continues to provide direct patient care and uphold MDC’s clinical excellence.
Medical Lead
Dr Salwa provides medical leadership across MDC, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. She works closely with the clinical team to oversee standards of practice, guide clinical decision-making, support complex cases, and ensure services are delivered in line with best medical practice. Alongside her leadership role, she remains actively involved in patient care and clinical development initiatives.
Men’s Health & Regenerative Medicine Physician
Dr Máté Vidra is a UK-based physician with over 15 years of senior clinical experience in the NHS and private healthcare, specialising in men’s health, vitality, and regenerative medicine. His practice focuses on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), sexual wellness, penile PRP, and modern non-surgical rejuvenation treatments designed to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best.
Consultant Uro-Andrological Surgeon
Dr Giulio Garaffa trained in Italy and the UK before being appointed Consultant Uro-Andrological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer in Urology at University College London Hospitals. He currently leads the Andrology service at The Whittington Hospital and is internationally recognised for his expertise in erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, male infertility, penile prosthesis surgery, microsurgery, and complex penile reconstruction. He has published more than 150 scientific articles and book chapters, contributed to international clinical guidelines, and is regularly invited worldwide to lecture and perform live surgery.

Petra holds a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and has completed advanced training in shockwave therapy for musculoskeletal conditions and men’s health. She is also certified in gait analysis, medical acupuncture, kinesio taping, deep tissue massage, and core activation and breathing techniques. Juanito is a Registered Adult Nurse with 14 years of clinical experience across acute and specialist care settings. He is NMC registered and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner within the NHS, with experience in Accident & Emergency, Operating Theatre, and Intensive Care. He holds a master's degree in clinical Dermatology and a postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine, bringing advanced clinical insight to patient care. Juanito supports complex assessments and clinical procedures, ensuring every patient receives safe, evidence-based, and attentive care throughout their visit. His extensive hospital background strengthens MDC’s clinical standards and patient safety.
